Marketing and Sales
As for marketing, our team has been busy taking x-hoppers on the road to retail events in Germany, Amsterdam and Paris with more trade shows planned for Q4. Each one of these events is generating new leads for our partners but there is one small catch — only partners who are members of our Salesforce Partner Community will be able to select them with the support of our account managers. So if you haven’t joined yet, please visit our partner community page and join the waiting list at Wildix Partner Community.
Product Roundup
First, at the end of August, we released Apple Vision Pro support — becoming the first UC provider to do so. While the technology is still in the early stages, this release is one of the first steps to offering fully VR meetings.
Regarding product updates, x-bees’s new inbox and a real-time transcription feature as well as teams4Wildix’s support for full two-way presence syncing between Teams and Collaboration will go live in Q4.
Finally, please be aware that WMS 5 will reach end of life on December 31, 2023.
x-hoppers Boxes
There has been a delay in shipping the x-hoppers boxes, but we are happy to say that they will arrive in October.
Price Increase
Finally, we have a price increase that will go into effect starting February 2024. The increase will be less than 5 percent, and the procedure and process will be exactly the same as they were this year.
