In Q1, we previewed upcoming features and solutions. Today, these have been successfully implemented, demonstrating our commitment to innovation and delivering advanced products and features:
The Latest Phone Series: We’ve unveiled WelcomeConsole 5, Start 5, WorkForce 5 and the new ForcePro 5, all available through HWaaS. Designed to cater to a range of business needs, these phones signify our pledge to provide you with superior offerings.
DECT ATEX Phone: Expanding the Wildix W-AIR family, this phone is designed for explosive environments, ensuring safety and communication without compromise, set to launch in Q3 2024.
x-bees Enhancements: Our platform now boasts real-time transcription, AI chat assistance and soon, sentiment analysis and the new «Insights» feature offering a holistic approach to analyzing customer interactions.
Elevating Communication with CLASSOUND: Recent updates have introduced online DID delivery and a dedicated premium numbers CTA. Soon, we’ll expand with Mobile DIDs for voice and 2-way SMS in select European countries and Singapore, Special DIDs for SMS, permanent virtual DIDs and enhanced WhatsApp Business integration via x-bees.
Product Innovations and Updates: We’ve added Arabic language support to our Collaboration platform, expanding our global reach. Additionally, our integration with Bigin by Zoho now enables click-to-call functionality and instant call notifications from customer records, streamlining communication and enhancing efficiency.
Spotlight on x-hoppers
We are welcoming Ian Rowan as CEO for x-hoppers, his expertise is expected to significantly contribute to our global expansion efforts. We also celebrate x-hoppers’ recent accolades at the Telecom 2024 Merit Awards, including Gold for “AI Services” and Silver for “Connecting the Unconnected”.
This quarter, x-hoppers enriches retail communications with new features like headset battery level display and voice authentication for store associates. x-hoppers also recently passed the FTR (Foundational Technical Review) by AWS, which confirms that the product conforms to all the requirements of AWS. Our upcoming updates are set to enhance retail communication efficiency and innovation, including the ability to broadcast messages, a wallboard for monitoring headset battery status and detailed information on who handled a request from a Help Point, including waiting times and other relevant data.
Strategic Pricing for Future Growth
In Q1, Wildix introduced enhanced pricing packages for storage with the upgrade to WMS 6.05, delivering significant cost reductions — up to 94% on the largest bundle (CDS-5000) — and offering extended data storage times for Cloud analytics, optimizing value and efficiency.

Partners will soon be able to order our new phone series through a deposit-based system with mandatory HWaaS conversion.

Upcoming Promotions and Opportunities
This March, our «Spring into Success» promo generated 26 opportunities, a campaign rewarding sales representatives with Amazon credits for their MRR achievements. This initiative targets opportunities registered in the SFPC from March 1-31 that reach a «closed won» status by the end of 2024. To be eligible, sales representatives must maintain at least a $50 MRR for three consecutive months on deals that have successfully closed.
Additionally, we’ve announced an exclusive chance for partners who missed their 2023 HWaaS MRR goals to test the latest phones at no upfront cost. Eligibility requires a commitment to boost HWaaS-based MRR in H1 2024 beyond December 2023 figures.
