Wildix Operational Updates
1) We are excited to introduce a dedicated Sales Engineering team to provide specialised technical expertise. This team will bridge the gap between partners, clients and our product offerings. After a successful pilot in the UK and US, we are expanding this initiative globally.
2) Our profile on Gartner has been thoroughly evaluated, covering Risk, Due Diligence, Compliance and Regulatory Standards. You can view our profile here.
3) We have integrated our Salesforce Partner Community (SFPC) platform with CCH® SureTax® to simplify tax compliance and invoicing. This integration ensures accurate tax calculations, reduces manual effort, and guarantees compliance.

Community News
1) We have onboarded 100% of partners worldwide onto our Salesforce Partner Community (SFPC)platform.
2) New tutorials are now available on the e-learning platform to support your continuous learning and development.
3) We have introduced several new features:
- Auto-logging of calls and events from x-bees.
- The ability to assign opportunities to x-bees conversations.
- Automatic CAPEX to OPEX conversion and HWaaS transfers.
- The capability to manage records on behalf of resellers.
Sales & Marketing
1) Wildix has won the TMC Product of the Year 2024 award.
2) We launched campaigns to generate end customer leads, assigning them via the Salesforce Partner Community.
- These include digital initiatives and event-based activities like trade shows and roadshows. A new scoring system rewards effective lead management, with higher scores leading to more assignments.
- In Q2, we assigned 184 leads, totalling $104k in Pipeline.
Wildix Product Updates
1) We have launched a new DECT ATEX Phone designed for explosive environments.
2) CLASSOUND has expanded its list of countries for 2-way SMS, including Belgium, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Singapore, Sweden and added new mobile DIDs in select markets.
3) CDS updates include improved cloud analytics, a diagnostics hub and more.
x-bees Product Updates
1) Introduction of Sales Intelligence, providing insights into customer interactions with playback options and AI-generated key takeaways.
2) New integrations include WhatsApp Business and Microsoft 365, with an upcoming Google Client integration.
3) You can now use our new Salesforce Opportunities integration to help manage your clients’ sales opportunities directly within the x-bees interface, eliminating the need to go on Salesforce at all.
- Track stages, view and edit summaries, and access connected contacts all in one place right in the x-bees info frame.
4) We introduced new AI-powered features such as real-time suggestions, transcriptions and sentiment analysis.
x-hoppers Product Updates
1) Meet the team! As part of our ongoing commitment to invest in x-hoppers and its growth, we’re pleased to introduce you to our growing x-hoppers team.
2) New product features include a wallboard for headset battery levels, request handling info, and manager broadcast capabilities.
Upcoming Promotion
Finally, we’re thrilled to announce the kick off of the Wildix Olympics Games with a total prize value of USD140,000+ for the winners! This competition is open to all our partners and partner sales representatives worldwide, designed to recognise and reward outstanding performance across various disciplines.
