Vision — the phone for your WebRTC video conferences. To get the most out of your Vision phone, make sure it is updated to the latest version!
How to update:
- To update its version, Vision must be connected to the Internet. If there is a new version available, the phone will automatically update during the night.
- Update manually from Stable: Phone App > Settings > Advanced > click “Search for updates”
- Update manually from Preview: Phone App > Settings > Advanced > enter the word preview into the field “Update source” and click “Search for updates”; in case there is a new FW available, repeat the last step once again

- Fixed an issue in which volume on some headsets (Poly Savi 7300, Plantronics Voyager Focus and Plantronics Blackwire 5220) increased to the maximum level by itself after changing the headset volume
- Fixed an issue in which app crashed in case of a large number of voicemails
Note: As long as the app on the affected devices continued crashing in a loop, the device should be factory reset before updating to the version with the fix.

How to update for the first time:
- Make sure Vision is connected to the Internet
- Log in to the Wildix Phone app
- Go to Phone App > Settings > Advanced > click “Search for updates”
- A new version of the Phone App is found, perform the update
- Go again to Phone App > Settings > Advanced > click “Search for updates”
- A new version of Android FW is found, perform the update
Otherwise, Vision will be updated automatically during the night, however we recommend to update the phone manually, start testing it in your office environment and provide us your feedback!
Current limitations:
- USB Audio support and call control via USB device – not available yet, coming soon
- Video Conference inside the App – not available yet, coming soon
