Ad recounts, “Our goal was — and still is — the optimization of business communication, offering both a B2B and B2C solution, integrating Wildix communication systems with Zendesk solutions.”
Their focus was clear: to develop innovative and tailormade solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses. This is how the app Wldix for Zendesk was born: giving a solution to a request from the market and finding a way to facilitate business processes.
With a team of ten dedicated individuals, including both in‑house staff and external specialized developers, Pluscloud worked tirelessly to optimize their solutions. They actively promoted their apps on various platforms, including the Wildix store, showcasing their commitment to providing top quality customer service solutions.
