In the latest conversation with UC Today, Ian Rowan, Senior Channel Manager at Wildix UK, spoke about new collaboration solutions that are aimed at providing the shopping experience of the future.
Rowan underlined that embracing digital solutions in-stores enables greater productivity, realises cost savings and ensures customers leave feeling satisfied with their in-store experience.
