Wildix’s 2024 Partner Day, held at the iconic Silverstone Museum on October 24–25, brought together partners from across the UK and Ireland for two days of insightful sessions, networking, and celebration. This annual gathering underscored Wildix’s commitment to strengthening partnerships and exploring innovations within the communications industry.
During the Partner Day, Wildix announced the launch of The Sales Elevate Lab, an initiative led by Alberto Benigno, CSO of Wildix, designed to enhance sales teams’ skills and capabilities by providing training and resources to improve their sales strategies. Wildix launched it to empower partners with the tools needed to increase sales performance and drive business growth in the competitive communication technology market.
Day 1 — Connecting and Learning
The first day began with a warm welcome, followed by opening remarks from the Wildix UK team. Rob Loakes, Country Manager for Wildix UK & Ireland, highlighted significant growth in the UK and Wildix’s overall global expansion, with a 27% increase in licences and a 40% rise in HWaaS adoption compared to last year. He emphasised the value of Wildix’s product offerings, including CLASSOUND, which has nearly doubled its revenue, and noted a 33% overall growth in the UK market. Rob also mentioned the importance of closer collaboration with partners, announcing an expanded team to better support strategic alignment and help partners close more deals as the year concludes.
Jason Uslan, VP of Sales, and Alberto Benigno, CSO at Wildix, led engaging presentations, sharing insights on the future of unified communications and Wildix’s vision. Attendees enjoyed thought-provoking sessions from guest speakers (COTU, PayGuard, Audio Productions), and a unique opportunity to explore the Silverstone Museum, including an immersive SIM experience and a Scalextric race.
In the evening, the energy continued at the Silverstone Conference and Exhibition Centre with a formal awards ceremony, recognising outstanding achievements among top-performing Platinum and Gold partners by presenting them with exclusive plaques, recognising their exceptional contributions to the business.

The second day focused on Wildix’s innovative solutions. Partners attended dedicated presentations for x‑hoppers and x‑bees, gaining hands-on insights into the latest AI tools to drive business success. A wrap‑up message from the team closed the event.
